Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and began to work professionally when she was a teenager in Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her debut professional show was The Snow Queen. She played Little Red Ridinghood shortly after performing in Arden Theater s Into the Woods production, for which she won the Barrymore Award nomination. The role was reprised when making her Broadway debut at 15 in the production of Into the Woods, on Broadway. Molly was nominated as one of the nominees for a Drama League Award. Molly was also part of the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. The year 2008 was the time she graduated with her B.A. from Princeton University. At this point, that she made her film debut in Disney's College Road Trip in the role of Wendy Greenhut. At this time, Wendy Greenhut made her Disney College Road Trip debut. Molly worked in TV including Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly is a regular in regional productions like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as part of Barrington Stage Company's production and The North Shore Music Theater's 2008 production as well as the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank as Anne. Molly was most famous for her character Ali on the television show Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt starring Tim Allen.
